We will replace any items that are defective or damaged. In order to receive a replacement for a defective or damaged item, please submit a photo of the item to msjackpot43@yahoo.com within 72 hours of receipt, If the same item is in stock, it will be replaced. If not, it will be replaced with another item of equal value.
